Terrible staff and customer service

Worst experience at the gate in sun-city. So 4 of us went to sun-city and only one had a card, one was registered with MVG and other two's registration wasnt activated after speaking to online staff , they were activated. The lady at the gate refused to let us pay, said that those two must go buy the tickets at the garage, they must wait two weeks after activation which according to time square MVG it was a lie. So we left sun city. We called sun-city and got 3 different stories from 3 different receptionist. The MVG desk didnt even bother to pick up the phone. The security lady was so rude.....Worste experience by far.
