Terrible service horrible experience

I just came in for check in to the lodge , and am told the owner of the mvg card should be present , unfortunately they will be checking in later , the service is hell , I have never been treated like that after paying so much money . Am ****en ****ed , I don’t want to stay here any more . I have booked in for 6 days .
