Terrible Service at your Hotel

I called your hotel directly to make a reservation and Kgopotso Moting told me that there was no availability on the date that I requested. Because I needed a break and Carousel Casino is only a mere 1hour drive away I asked her when there is availability - she was literally sounding like she was forced to give me a date of availability. I then confirmed that I would accept the date and needed details surrounding breakfast pricing for my child. She then asked me to hold and transferred me to the front office desk who couldn't assist me!! I felt that was so rude - is the culture at your company such that staff feel they can treat patrons as they are at a south African government institution where there is no accountability??? She is horrible!!! Eventually Phineas Mogiga assisted me hassle free - and the date I initially wanted was actually available so it leaves me wondering why staff would lie about hotel availability unless they are privately selling this to travel companies for more and earning commission???? Please do praise Phineas Modiga he was excellent in his service! Please performance manage Kgopotso!!!
