terrible service at wildcoast sun

I have been trying to book my free night stay at wildcoast sun from the 5th of December I kept getting told that they are fully booked, this morning when I tried to book again I was told that my free stay has expired, services is absolutely terrible I made numerous calls to wildcoast sun I held on the line for hours
