Terrible service at sun city cascades

At the suncity cascades and it's so expensive yet the worst hotel I have ever been to

The waiter Sarah says there is no strawberrys to make a strawberry motjio then the pizza oven isn't hot to make our pizzas yet other around me are getting their pizza then I order sandwiches and an 1:30min and still didn't receive toasted sandwiches. We order heineken draught and then 20min later she says no Heineken I call the manager and she says they do have stock and they are making pizzas but does absolutely nothing and her name is Zanela who is the food ND beverage manager..... This is appalling and I have guests from france with me
