Terrible service

I Have been waiting months on a refund..... Sun City just don't get back to me. Filled out refund request forms etc and nothing. Now they are stating that the refund was made on the 10th of August - no money in my account????? Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
