Terrible service

I would really like to one of the hotels in the group. Wild Coast sun in port Edwards coming from Johannesburg. I've sent numerous emails. I have received responses from some. I had a very simple request. About commuting to the hotel from Johannesburg. But no one has gotten back to me about my specific question. I've even gone as far as asking if the hotel wants guests or not. Because it seems it doesn't want anymore visitors. Can someone get back to me.
