Terrible Payouts, even worse food @beijing

My husband and myself frequently visit Grandwest. what seems to amaze me is how they claim that payouts are random based, for one I think that is so untrue I have recently moved from a Maroon to Silver Card and won would expect that the higher you start to climb the better the payouts jackpots are paid out to specific people and not on a random selection I have noticed this twice from getting up from a machine where another MVG holder puts there card in and one spin jackpots are award very disheartening when everyone else is winning around you. <br> another terrible evening spent eating @Beijing & lucky for me the area manager was in the restaurant (francious I think) who took our email address & contact details as the only thing enjoyable @ the restaurant was the bottle of Nederburg that was bought,Sushi was stale even after I complained &\fresh"ones brought out"
