Terrible expierence

For starters when arriving to reception for check in we weren't even greeted by the clerk, she couldn't even look up at us. We booked a family room which currently on the website states there are baths with a shower (we need to bath the kids) but when entering the room there are no baths. I called reception and they tell me its like that in all the room - so please don't advertise that you have baths since its the reason we paid extra for the room, we could of just booked a standard room then. <br> There was also construction taking place and when I had asked the manager if they would be working over the weekend she reassured me 'NO' which was a obvious lie as the banging and drilling happened all day, all weekend. You need to warn people prior to booking that there is construction work in progress. <br> In the corridor there was also a sewerage smell with our wash hand basin consistently being clogged up. <br> Overall it was the worst hotel and service we've ever encountered....DONT STAY THERE!!!!!
