Terrible Experience at Sun City

My Family and I booked in on the 29th of July at the cascades hotel via the promotion or ad that was running on the radio.It was the midweek rates promotion.As being an MVG member I took up the offer.

This has to be the worst experience as when we arrived there hotel bathroom was dirty as the shower head and ceiling was disgusting.There was dust buildup all over the bathroom.The TV in the room had a line running straight through the middle and the service to get tea and coffee took forever.

The valley of the waves had almost no rides working and the ******s chased the staff and even approached us and my kids were terrified.On the second day I was awakend at 7am with a loud noise in the room above me and next to me as they were cleaning as they were reopening the room.

I would like to also state that majority of the activities and places were closed and this had to be one of the worst experiences ever.I did notify the lady at the front desk called Lydia and she told me to post a review on hello peter.
