terrible experience

When I signed up to buy sun city timeshare, they told us we can spacebank our points and exchange it at so many resorts in SA for a small fee. I recently spacebanked a week for sun city for rci points. I tried to log on to RCI to exchange my holiday but was shocked to find out that they do not have anything available for me in sun city, phase 1 for the rest of 2017 and only have one week in 2018! I need to book in phase 2 but my points are not enough for one holiday. Its also not enough for a week at most resorts in SA. I am not sure what to do as I have been put on the waitlist but no response as yet. Can someone please explain how they can just take an entire week of sun city timeshare and I will not be able to book it for the entire year next year? Is there anything I can do to reverse this as I never want to bank my points again with RCI
