Terrible end to a great vacation

On the 26th of June my family visited the Wild Coast Sun Casino Resort. My son cut his foot on a piece of PVC pipe protruding from the lawn requiring stitches. The resort did not even have a fully equiped first aid kit at the pool. I had to clean dress the wound myself. The resort claims no negligence on their part and offered wwater park vouchers as compensation. No offer to cover medical costs or compensation for time off from work.
