Terrible
Terrible service. We hired a seminar room for an event at which clients from one of the biggest companies in SA were attending.
Hotel staff disgraced themselves by: 1. rudely yanking glasses out of clients' hands 2. failing to bring clean glasses to the seminar room 3. delivering lunch 20 minutes late despite lunch orders being taken in the MORNING
This hotel has fallen to 2 star level service. Never again!
