Taking without asking is not a tip , it's *****ing

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>So I visited Grand west on 11 Apr 2017 , what started out as a nice day turned into a very unpleasant one later in the day . At around 14:00 we had a few drinks at the bar next to the casino , the first one you see when you enter the main enterance , a young lad assisted us with the name of Neil , we had a few drinks , constantly asking him what the price are but he couldn't tell us , so we had a Jack Daniels , 2 castle lites, and 3 shooters tequila , and when it was time to pay , he said that the bill is R160 , first thing what upsets me is the fact that they don't have a menu , so we can't see the price , there were 3 people sitting next to us and they also ordered from Neil, he also just gave them prices without a meneu , so to get back to the point , we paid Neil R160 , against our better judgement and no one of us recieved any type of proof that ,that is really the price . So later the night we want back to the same bar around 6 , NEIL was no long there , apparently they changed shifts , so there was this other lad, that lad assisted us very well , so we asked him the prices of all the diffrent drinks that had , and also about the drinks we had earlier the day , he came to a price of R140 , we then explained to him that the other guy over charges us and we want the diffrence of that amount , he went to call the manager , to ask for assistance but the manager was so rude and disrespestive, she came to the bar, to check something with the bar assistant , she then left a d he had to run after her again to ask if she could assist , then she was like screaming for the other side of the room ''Is dit Julle'' You don't scream at people like that , I don't want to go there but I will !! If we were white she would never have done that , so she came , asking ''wats die probleem'' we explained to her and she said there is nothing she can do , we should have asked for a slip and that Neil is not there , so it's our word against his , and asking us if we are sure we didn't tip him , but we paid with a R200 note , so he deducted his own tip without informing us and not giving us proof of the bill, I wonder how many people he does that to in a day , grand west can't be paying him to ***** , I'm very unhappy and I will not advice anyone to go there in the near future , coz I will most def not</p>
