taking long to bring drinks and food

My friend who is a platinum card holder and I am a gold card had drinks a few times at the prive' lounge. Whenever we are seated we wait 30 min or longer for drinks or lunch. Other clients who comes to sit after us receive there drinks long before us. Not 1 waitress smile or speaks in a nice tone. I don't think it is fair as we are often at grandwest and spend lots of money at the slot machines.
