Susan the manager is rude at suncity

I am a platinum mvg card holder,my card was downgraded in the month of November 2023,I visted sun city on the 17/11/2023,I watched a soccer match at Vibes,when it was half time I visited the prive and the roulette tables were closed,I played outside and spent about 5k and then went back to watch the soccer match,after the match I visited the prive just when the roulette tables opened,I played roulette spent 6k then wanted to eat something and ordered a burger and a basket,totalling about R400,I was told by the tables manager that she could.not authorise and needed to call Susan the manager,I informer the manager I was hungry I will eat then play,I had 12k chips in my hand and 20k cash with me,Susan the manager was rude and she stated that my card has been downgraded so I was not even suppose to be in the prive and stated that she does not care how much I played and if I am not happy I must leave,I cashed out my money and left,when I was at the cashier I requested to speak to Susan's manager and was told nobody is available,is this how Sun city treats MVG guests...you will never get this sort of treatment from Tsogo sun.pathetic service!
