SUNSWIPE PROMOTION

A new promotion started today where you have to play for 20point to get a swipe. I recieved a R200 voucher where they said i could use it at any resturant. I went home to pick up my family and came out to dinner at grandwest. My word!! No one excepted the voucher. We walked from 1 resturant to other with no luck. Speaking to the managers at mvg desk. No one knows whats the voucher for. We are now paying cash for our meal. You guys really wasted my time and the nice suprise for my family. Really really poor planning!! I felt like a person that lives on the street begging for food from one resturant to another. I feel really embaressed. People were looking at us really funny. Not cool.. not cool at all. I WILL be expecting your phone call.
