SUNFUN promotion! Dissapointed

<p>To say that I am disappointed with the Cascades Hotel at Sun City is an understatement!</p> <p><br />I had booked 4 nights accommodation at the Cascades Hotel at Sun City as part of their Honeymoon. I had purchased it under the SUNFUN promotion.</p> <p>On booking this vacation I was informed of the numerous vouchers this couple would receive during their stay. I had also phoned the Cascades reception no less than 2 occasions to check that all was still on track, and had notified them that this was a Honeymoon couple and a gift from me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The day before they are to leave Sun City ( 3rd November) I spoke to them and asked if they were enjoying the vouchers, they rep**** "What vouchers"? I then proceeded to contact the Cascades reception and enquired why they did not receive these vouchers at "Check-In"? No they don't know!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Now I had specifically bought this package to include the vouchers valued at approximately R1900 for their enjoyment.</p> <p>What must they do with these vouchers when they have less than 24hours left at the Resort? And the amount of money they spent when the vouchers could have been utilised!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Wow, I really expected better from Sun City Cascades , I could just as well booked the Cabanas.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Extremely disappointed with this situation and the lack of professionalism.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
