SUNCITY VACATION CLUB ACCOUNTS ARE INCOMPETANT

Sun city vacation club accounts department is absolutely pathetic. They have not allocated payment for levies correctly and the sales account does not reflect all payments, I received no help in this regards except for emails saying that i am owing.
