Suncity vacation club

Bought into timeshare in vacation club..booked weekend 10th to 12th September..checked in on 10th and nightmare began...only one remote for tv,bathroom handle in main bedroom broken and bottom fridge door draw broken...all efforts to contact reception failed...nobody answered the phone..gave up at 9 when message said their hours were 4 to 7...next morning to our horror we find ourselves parked in..contact reception as we were planning to visit game reserve next door..they put us through to security..FREDDY...he came to unit but said he needed to trace what unit the owner of the *******ly parked car was from.he went to the reception desk who could not help him as car details of residents are not captured on computer...pathetic...eventually my daughter found the owner of *******ly parked car (unit 214) and got them to move their car...when I asked Freddy why these people were allowed to park *******ly at great inconvenience to other guests he said his patrols were covering this area..I personally think that the 3 cars parked *******ly should have had their wheels clamped at least....the people in unit 214 should be made to apologize to us (we eventually got out at 8 after intending to leave at 6.30...very embarrassing in front of invited guests we had.....I dread to think that I still have 6 years of this timeshare...poor investment...I would certainly be scared to bring guests in future and won't be making any recommendations for vacation club..
