suncity nightmare

Arrived today for a 4 night super stay . Been anything but super. Checking in was a mess. We can't use the entertainment vouchers and the food vouchers are for exclusive restaurants. The entertainment centre is closed which we were not made aware of. So all those eateries are closed The nearest food is at the valley of the waves and it's horrible. Voiced concerns to concierge and reception but fell on deaf ears.also manager said he couldn't help.
