SUNCITY CABANAS IS A ****!!

I have visited the hotel 3 times, 2017,2019 and September 2022. The service has deteriorated. My room was not properly cleaned the first night. Dirty cups with tea inside and stained duvet cover..

The breakfast hall does not offer teapots anymore, they have paper cups and the service is completely deteriorated from my previous 2 stay...

Dont get me started with the dirty water and general dirtyness of the Valley of the Waves adult pools.

The whole sun city just needs to revert back to normality and move away from Covid19 mode.. Really disappointing
