Sunbet poor service

I am registered with Sunbet. I have spend thousands of rands and only used their platform. Yet i have supp**** all my documents with regards to their FICA regulations over and over, but when i want to cash funds out, it becomes a problem. I cannot cash out any sum larger than R 2 500 or t gets returned. Sunbet you can check my history, now i want to know, are you going to finally fix this or should i support another entity.
