Sunbet not playing by their own rules

This review is for Sunbet, part of Sun International. I would highly recommend using other betting sites rather than Sunbet. They do not pay out winning bets and delay as long as possible to sort a clear winning bet out. I placed a bet for the 1st over to contain a boundary. The Sunbet rules clearly state that a boundary does not need to come off the bat and include wides. In the 1st over there was a wide that went for four runs. Under their own rules, this is a winning bet. I sent them screenshots proving the matter on 6 June. On 7 June I received their response: "Our traders has confirmed. Upon checking, your bet has been settled as lost because there was no boundary made by Home Team in Over 1 of the match. Please note that a boundary is scored when 4 or 6 runs are made in a single delivery with the ball reaching or crossing the boundary of the playing field". Now compare this to their rules: "For “Boundary Over X” (Yes/No) betting, any instance of the ball striking or clearing the boundary regardless of whether the ball comes off the bat shall be deemed a boundary. This includes wides, byes, leg byes & overthrows (e.g. any instance of an in play ball that hits or clears the boundary shall be settled as yes for that over)". I am still fighting with them to correct this matter and finding it incredibly frustrating that Sunbet has absolutely no integrity. What is going to be done on this matter - currently I am considering moving to another website that has more integrity than this bunch. Absolutely incredible, guys PLEASE reconsider Sunbet as your preferred betting website.
