Sun Vacation Club

I am writing emails to Sun City Vacation Club to pay my levies and get an automated reply and am asked to call them?? Why must I call them, I am the client and the Service is so bad!!! They charge so much for their levies and no one can take the time to call me and get my details. No we the clients must run after them??? Quick to charge and not even responding. I will never buy another Sun Vacation Club Unit waste of money and to spacebank it is another money making scheme. People beware of buying time share
