Sun Share - Selective responses

Sun International has a complaints/compliment platform called Sunshare. It appears that they ignore complaints/queries that they cannot respond to. I had a query on how complimentary stays are awarded to guests, especially to those that rarely visit their properties. I sent multiple mails to Sunshare and messages on their Facebook on this query. However, they continuously ignore this query as i still await for feedback on this.
