SUN MVG POINT HASNT BEEN ISSUED SINCE DECEMBER.

Hi Its been 6 months and still no resolve with my points query with numerous communication is it that hard to issue me the correct points which i spent on accommodation at SOHO(R5600 = 280) i only received 52 Casino Points and 52 Leisure As per websitehttps://www.suninternational.com/mvg/cards/ Hotel accommodation, dining and entertainment: Earn 5 Tier Credits for every actual R100 spent.

Is there any other person i can escalate this matter.
