Sun MVG No Points allocated

<p>I am slightly frustrated.</p> <p>I joined the Sun MVG programme on 12 March 2017<br />I stayed at the Cabanas hotel at Sun City on the 12th and 13th of March, where my MVG card was swiped. <br />Also the 3 days we were at Sun City I played the slots. <br />Yet now, 10 days after my visit to Sun City, my profile still does not reflect any tier points earned, when I should already be upgraded to Gold status.</p> <p>This is very frustrating, and it does not seem as if anyone can assist me.</p> <p>Please help!</p> <p>Pierre</p> <p>My MVG Acc No. ********** 305</p>
