Sun international's MCG program

Like many other complaints, this is with regards to Sun international's MVG program. On the company's website Sun Internation explains at what rate you earn points towards their MCG program. They claim you earn 5 points for every R100 spent on leisure and 1 point for every R100 spent at the casino... this is a lie and a ****!!! In my last 3 visits to the Wild Coast Sun I spent R4200 on hotel accommodation and I LOST a total of R69000 off my own money. As Per Sun international's website, I should have 900 points... however I have 218 tier credits , 156 casino points and 167 leisure points... even if you were add all 3 of these, it don't total what I was supposed to get as claimed by Sun international... Please also note that this is what I lost and spent, this does not include my winning(and losing the winning)...

All in All, Sun international's claim becomes FALSE ADVERTISING and legally misleading. Though Sun international never forced me to spend my money with them, I chose to because of the rewards you receive as you progress up in card status. So the gambling board should get involved in this as because of Sun international's FALSE claims, people who were lured in by these lies, should technically make all these transactions invalid. Take for example a chocolate company who gives you a prize for every 3 chocolates you eat. You buy the 3 choclates(money spent in casino), you enjoy eating the chocolate(winnings in the casino) , and you expect to claim your prize(casino points).... but ... the chocolate company( Sun international) mislead you and **** to you..... you can legally hold them liable to give you the prize(points) Because that was reason you bought 3 chocolate(gambled so much), Because you were promised the prize(points).
