Sun international worst customer service ever!!!

Good day. I have made a booking with the Sun City Cabanas on the 30th of December, I've also canceled that same booking on the same date. The lady who I have spoken to informed me that I will be refunded within the next 21 business days. I have waited patiently for this refund to happen till today. So far, I have not received a refund from Sun international to this day. After numerous of calls and people telling me to phone different numbers I have spoken to someone from reservations, and they said that the can see everything has been canceled and the refund is due but has not been actioned from their side.

I have been told to send an email to *** , this I did on the 9 of Feb. To this day I have only received a ticket number. Can you please assist me with this matter asap.
