SUN INTERNATIONAL USING MARKETING GIMMICKS

Good day I am very frustrated with your services. I received an SMS on Wednesday 17th July 2024, stating that I have 2 nights free in the wild coast sun before the 31st July. I have been calling your call centre since Thursday morning and the calls just get cut off after sometime ,when your voice control says I am 3rd on the line.I am not getting any joy from your call centre. When i eventually get through on Friday 19th July 2024, and now they say none is available. Is this just a GIMMICK marketing from Sun International Please explain your services. This is not acceptable. I am a MVG Holding card member
