SUN INTERNATIONAL TIMESHARE IS A *****! They will repossess your timeshare while your account is up to date and make money with it somewhere else. This is a BAD HOSPITALITY BRAND!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Sun Vacation, a division of Sun International is a *****. I found out early January 2024 that they had repossessed my timeshare (after I had settled my account in September 2023 with an amount of R18000). When I tried you enquire what the issue was, no one seemed to know how to respond. I was eventually put in contact with a department manager by the name of Lutchmee Naicker. I have been in conversation with her since mid January. She admitted that it was an error on their part and that they would reinstate my timeshare. She further asked me to settle my 2024 levies with an amount of 8k plus, which I did on the 31 January. According to her I would be reinstated immediately after this. To date, after a payment of 26k plus, my timeshare profile is still blocked. I tried to reach out to the customer care division of Sun International to someone by the name of Liza Adrienzan and I did not get any response to this day. A lady by the name of Kaitlyn Cloete reached out to me on the 6 February, only to also have no solution. She has told me that I need to wait until end of this month which is a total contradiction up what Lutchmee had told me. What kind of hospitality brand is Sun International? It’s a *****. They have no customer service whatsoever. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR TIMESHARE
