SUN INTERNATIONAL SUNCITY VAC CLUB PATHETIC & DISGUSTING SERVICE AND STAFF

We have had the most pathetic service at sun city vacation club, we booked a unit, only to find the mattress wet when we get to the room for rest, we drove over 200KM to the resort only to deal with staff that have an attitude, staff that argue with the customer, staff that do not find solutions. we pay to stay at these resorts and they arent for free. What would one do in that situation, I am disgusted that such a tourist destination has staff of that nature. the least they couldve done was refunded me on of my nights stay. they are always in denial and basically focus on blaming the client instead of fixing the matter. sun city vacation club is ridiculous and people need to know this very clearly. its quick to say we will discount your next stay, discount it how ? will i get my sleep back from the last trip?? I AM DISGUSTED WITH SUCH A WELL KNOWN COMPANY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER WITH FRONT LINE STAFF ROLLING THERE EYES AT CUSTOMERS, ITS UNBELIEVABLE AND SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
