Sun International Sun City Cascades Excellence!!!
I just spent a weekend away with my wife at the Sun City Cascades and would like to highly compliment all the staff at the Cascades hotel, Valley of the waves, Spa, Entertainment center, Casino, Cinema, Traders bar and the restaurants for amazing service. Not once did I get poor service or negative vibes. Every staff member had a smile on their face no matter what the circumstance. I regularly travel and stay at hotels all around the world and can truly say - Well done Sun International and co. You are leaders in service excellence in South Africa!!!
