Sun international ****** my money

Awaiting a refund for cancelled accommodation at the palace. Was promised a refund within 24 to 48 hours. It has been a week. Called customer care line and no one can assist. I need to speak to accounts or payment but no one picks up the phone and unable to leave a message. Sun international has ****** my money it seems and no one seems to want to assist. Disgusting service! I am appalled! Be warned
