Sun International staff are ******* and security team is pathetic

On 19 March 2016 at 4 pm in Sun City Resort, my cell phone fell into the landing pool at the bottom of the viper and mamba slides in the Valley of the Waves. I informed the lifeguard on duty at the pool (I did not get his name) and the lifeguard and myself searched the pool for the cell phone. 20 minutes later I informed the lifeguard that I had to leave. The lifeguard assured me that he would find the phone. The lifeguard asked me to give my alternate contact number to his colleague and told me that he would contact me when he finds the cell phone. His colleague was standing next to the pool and was dressed in a green shirt. I gave my sister's contact number to him. The next day on 20 March 2016 at 10:00 am, my sister received inappropriate and insulting whatsapp messages from ********** 921. The sender confirmed that he was the lifeguard from Sun City Resort (the profile picture matched the lifeguard I spoke to at Sun City). The lifeguard then called my sister a **** and accused her of finding my phone. On 23 March 2016, my husband dialled the number of my lost phone ( ********** 032) and a man answered. When questioned, the man ended the call. We tried calling again and the call went to a voicemail recorded by an unknown man. I phoned Cell C and they confirmed that on 21 March 2016, location Sun City, my number ( ********** 032) was diverted to an MTN number beginning with 078. We then contacted Sun International for further assistance in locating the cell phone. On 24 March 2016 I reported the incident to the security manager Claud Horne. On 29 April 2016 I followed up on the case and I was referred to Mothusi Douglas Magomotso. This was his response "We did trace the number provided by the Complainant which were sending messages to the complainant’s wife and it lead us to the lifeguard mentioned (Nhlanhla Mncwango), The statement was obtained from the suspect in question who admitted to sending SMS to the complainant but denying to have found the reported missing cellphone. Copy of the docket is been forwarded to the manager of the lifeguard we will update with the outcome tomorrow 24/05/2016." I've received no further feedback on the investigation. I have since contacted Cell C to block the sim card on the phone but it has recently come to my attention that my sim card is still in use. I am horrified that my personal details could be used for ***** and I am dissapointed by the incompetence of the security staff. I will not be returning to the resort or any place associated with Sun International.
