Sun International Reservations

At the time of writing this email, I've been on hold with reservations for 1 hour 9 minutes and 12 seconds, on 3 different phones...…ridiculous. And they blame high call volumes. I called at 8am exactly, when the call center apparently opens, and and you tell me no one can answer any of my calls in over 1 hour. VERY POOR SERVICE
