Sun International Refunds Disgusting Service

Sun International debited my credit card twice for one night booking and only wants to refund the amount in 7 to 14 working days. This is disgusting service from Sun International. It was easy for them to debit my credit card twice but it is hard for them to return the money to my credit card. The booking reference to be refunded to my credit card is EZXLPDF. Kindly assist urgently.
