SuN International - refunds

It's a pity you can't allocate "0" stars as Sun Internaltional dont even deserve 1. I needed to cancel a booking due to a medical emergency. I also subsequently booked and paid for the week after my original booking at a higher cost to me due to the emergeny. I have now been struggling for a month to get me refund from the first booking. I sent through all the required forms and was later asked for a hospital admission record, which I provided. Since then nothing from Sun International. No refund, not even a response. Absolutley pathetic.
