Sun International poor service

Last year at the beginning of November, I cancelled a booking at "The Cabanas" the cancelation was in with in there Terms and Conditions. I've tried calling them numerous times and also numerous emails I only received an response once where they asked me to fill out a claim form, this was done and sent back after the up until now I haven't received any feedback nor has my funds been refunded its been 2 months now and I think for a company this big it is absolutely poor service.
