Sun International Payments Department

Made a booking on the 16/October/2020. Payment still not debited off my Credit Card, I have called over 3 times trying to find out what is going on and why is it that the payment has not been processed and I keep getting the same answer that the payments department will do it. When? I don't know. And the cherry on top is that when you call you hold on the line forever as if you are calling Unisa, I just don't understand this. Lerato today sent an email to the payments department for them to sort it out, I just hope it get done before I have to go there which is in the next week. Total time spent thus far trying to resolve this is close to 2 hours.
