Sun international horrible customer service

The worst customer service when you book accommodate online as a normal customer. I booked a weekend as a normal customer but they booked it as an mvg card holder I obviously didn't because I don't have the card number so I paid the price the system gave me .

I receive an email stating I was priced incorrectly I tried on several attempts to get response from they customer service but they don't respond but they have my deposit.

For a huge company I don't understand this level of service.
