Sun International Headquarters Poor Service!!!

I have booked with Sun international via the head office on September. I have made a down payment on September 2024,I was sent a confirmation email but now I want to confirm again with them of the amount that I made ,whether it is the final payment or a deposit as it does not stipulate anything. I have been calling the head office where I booked and no one answers my call. From September until this day I haven’t had anyone answering my calls.I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of service that the head office offers ,where people should book for their vacation and they are getting such a poor service from them.Makes me wonder the kind of service one will get when we arrive at the holiday destination!!!This is an all time low for Sun International Headquarters. I am disgusted honestly at the poor service been offered to customers!!!
