Sun International harassment

I have asked on numerous occasions (in writing) for Lebogang Komane (***) to delete me from the Sun International database, as she constantly sends spam emails to me on a daily or weekly basis. I am not interested in buying timeshare from Sun International.

In accordance with the POPI act I have requested that my personal details be deleted. Why are Sun International continuing to break the law?
