SUN INTERNATIONAL forgot to spend some money on staff and few other items !
<p>We checked in 5 December to the CABANAS hoping to have a nice short break and excited to see the renovations. Our telephone was not working in the room which we complained about at 145pm. Up to 820pm still not working and nobody bothered to come back to us. The safe had NO instructions on how to program. So had to call again and waste my time and money on calls. The aircon sounds like a BOEING 747 when the compressor kicks in, called for that too and nobody sorted out, and the drain smells. We are VERY dissapointed currently and possibly ready to pack up and go home after a short few hours here. It seems SUN INTERNATIONAL spent billions on material things that some dont work but they forgot about useless staff, which is just as important.</p>
