sun international - dysfunctional voucher system and catering.

have been going to nedbank golf challenge for nearly 12 years and a friend has been going for 38 years, i.e. every year since it started. the voucher system and the catering was absolutely abysmal and incredibly frustrating. really put a dampener on a normally great event. but then, what do you expect from an organisation like sun international, where the previous CEO nearly sunk the company and walked off with a fantastic bonus. more focus and spending on executive remuneration than on staff training - not a great formula for long term success! seems to be the order of the day.
