SUN INTERNATIONAL DISGUST ME

I am totally disgusted in the way I have been treated by the Sun International group. I have timeshare at the Vacation Club in sun city. I had a weekend booked in 2020 when Covid hit us so I could not access it. NOT MY FAULT. Then because of loss of income and retrenchments we struggled to keep up with our monthly levies. Now that we are in the position to pay our levies I have made a plan and caught up all the outstanding payments over 4 months. When I requested that we could get compensated in timeshare for the 2 years that we have lost and paid for now. we have been offered a weekend. WOW !!!! what a kick in the face since I own a weekend and a mid week which I have lost for 2 years now and I've paid in all the outstanding which is worth four times that weekend if I should book directly with Vacation Club or Sun City at that. I AM SOOOOOOOO DISGUSTED THAT THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I could have just walked away from my obligation and said stuff you. But I did not..........I have made a huge sacrifice to pay this but they just don't give a damn.
