SUN INTERNATIONAL DISAPPOINTING ON ALL FRONTS

So, so disappointed with Sun International. Service really deteriorating on all fronts. After eventually getting through to Central Reservations after holding on for around 45 minutes, took 15 minutes to do my reservation. After requesting at least 3 times that my confirmation number be emailed to me - IT WASN'T!!!! After trying to get through today and holding on for half an hour, I have given up. SO, SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Used to get awesome service.
