Sun International definitely values their guests!

During our visit to the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town in May 2015 we had experienced a few unpleasant occurrences. Having reported this to the necessary persons, we had received the most welcomed communication and understanding from Loma Van Niekerk. We had returned to that hotel on the 4th July 2015 and I cannot express further the great attitude and the pleasantries we received. The service from every team was outstanding. Almost all the Sun International personal who assisted us were more than willing to go the extra mile. Our stay was the most memorable and as it was also my birthday, I am ever so thankful for the unforgettable stay. Yes we will definitely go back there and thank Sun International for priding themselves on ensuring that their guests are treated like royalty!
