Sun international day light ******* - begging for refund - 0 response

I have been trying to get my refund from Sun international for months - for a vacation that i paid deposit for and couldn't go due to lockdown. Now i have egg in my face as i keep following up and no one bothers to respond. Is this now a *******??? I didn't give you the runaround when i had to pay - i need to speak to someone high up as no one is listening- next up is mobilizing this on social media. RESERVATION ***3
